The Brief
Mataya M Trading PTY LTD offers professional cleaning services — residential, commercial, deep cleaning, post-event, move-in/move-out, and building maintenance — across Kyalami and Midrand, Gauteng. They also run a growing events arm under the Matayam Events brand, handling venue setup, cleaning, and rentals for corporate and private functions.
They needed a complete brand identity, built from scratch, that would work both in print and online. One brief. Everything.
What We Delivered
Logo Design
The Mataya M logo needed to communicate professionalism and trust while being immediately recognisable in a competitive market. We designed a bold mark — a cleaning brush forming the letter M within an amber square — paired with deep navy blue typography. The result is a logo that works in full colour, reversed on dark backgrounds, and at any scale. Two versions were created: one on a white background for documents and print, and one on a dark background for digital use.
Business Cards
Two card designs for two arms of the business — the main cleaning and maintenance card, and a dedicated events card for the Matayam Events line. Each carries the full contact details, website, and address. Clean, professional, and ready to make a first impression at every handshake.
Flyer Design & Print
A services flyer designed in the brand’s amber and green palette, featuring a QR code that links directly to the website for a free quote. The flyer highlights four key services and carries all contact details — built for distribution at networking events, office lobbies, and community noticeboards.
Website Design & Development
We designed and built matayamtrading.co.za from scratch — a clean, responsive single-page website that works across every device. The site was built with a clear structure and purpose:
- A full services section covering all six cleaning and maintenance offerings
- A “Why Choose Us” section with four key differentiators
- A simple three-step process that removes friction for new clients
- A gallery section ready for real before-and-after photos
- A dedicated events section for the Matayam Events arm of the business
- WhatsApp-first contact form for instant client enquiries
Every call to action on the site routes through WhatsApp — because that’s how Midrand businesses communicate and convert.
