How do I start a project with Pixelsinframe?
Send us a message on WhatsApp, call 076 569 1455, email pixelsinframe@gmail.com or walk into our studio at Carlswald Décor Centre. We’ll ask a few questions, recommend the best option and send you a quote.
What services do you offer?
Printing (business cards, flyers, banners, stickers, signage and more), branding and logo design, clothing branding and embroidery, corporate gifts, and website design. Everything is handled in-house at our Midrand studio.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Most products can be ordered from just one item, and bulk prices drop as quantities go up.
What makes Pixelsinframe different?

Printing & products
What products can I customise?
Business cards, flyers, banners, mouse pads, desk mats, ceramic mugs, T-shirts, vehicle decals, stickers and more. If you have a product in mind, WhatsApp us and we’ll make it happen.
How long does printing take?
Most orders are completed within 24–48 hours. Larger or more complex orders may take 3–5 business days. Need something urgently? Call 076 569 1455 and we’ll do our best.
Can I order a personalised gift?
Yes. Custom mugs, branded desk mats, mouse pads and T-shirts make great gifts for birthdays, staff and clients. Order online or walk into our studio.
Where can I see your prices?
Prices are listed on each product in our online shop and on our service pages. For example, business cards start from R150 for 50 and A5 flyers from R200 for 50.
Design & artwork
Do you offer design services?
Yes. We design logos, business cards, flyers, packaging, signage and more in-house. A design fee applies if you don’t supply print-ready artwork.
Can I bring my own design and just print?
Yes. Send us your files and we’ll review them, confirm the specs and print.
What files do I need?
For the best quality, send PDF, AI, EPS or high-resolution PNG/JPG files at 300 dpi. Not sure about your file? Send it on WhatsApp and we’ll check it before printing.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed.
Websites
What’s included in your web design service?
Custom, mobile-friendly websites built for your brand, from a one-page site to a full online store. Every site is set up for Google, and the packages add features like WhatsApp buttons, Google Analytics and payment gateways. See our website packages.
How much does a website cost?
Packages start from R3,000 for a one-page website, R4,500 for a small business site, R6,500 for 5 pages and R13,500 for an online store. Read our website cost guide.
Orders, payment & delivery
How do I pay?
Pay securely online by card or Instant EFT through Payfast, or by EFT bank transfer.
Do you deliver?
Yes. You can collect free from our Carlswald Décor Centre studio, or choose nationwide delivery at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Please see our refund and returns policy. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us and we’ll put it right.
